I bought my Purple mattress and adjustable base from Mattress Firm and had a great experience. Calvin (Who splits his time between the Sunnyvale and Mountain View location) helped me at every stage from getting the best price, making an exchange very easy (After finding the first bed a little too soft), and exchanging again because the 2nd bed had a manufacturing defect (Nothing to do with Mattress Firm). I'd definitely come back to see Calvin!
