Sleep expert Brad was great to work with. He was patient, answered my questions and was flexible with the delivery date. I now hope I like my new mattress as well as I liked it in the store.

Bradley, at the Eagan store, was awesome. I thought it would be easy to just go to a store and buy a mattress; I found out that's not always the case. My procrastination became a rush, and Bradley took care of me. I knew what I wanted and Bradley explained exactly and clearly what emails to expect in order to complete my purchase, etc. The warehouse was closing in an hour, and i had sent my son off with expectation i could forward proof of purchase to my son to give to the warehouse.
