Our experience has been fantatastic beginning with Paul, our salseman who went into detail on exactly which bed would be right for our needs, Elias and Franco who delivered and set up the beds speedily and completely. We can't forget Alexander who found the right sheets for us.
Cole was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He wasn’t pushy at all and made the entire process easy. We came in for a warranty claim and were prepared for a potentially frustrating experience, but everything was completely seamless. We really appreciated Cole’s help!
