Fantastic! In and out quickly. I think the young man was Ethan..? Answered all our questions and no pressure or anything. My uncle is about 70 and is visiting…. He loves the mattress and sleep “like a baby.” We did have to drive quite a ways to the airport to get the mattress in the rain, but the plastic bag kept the mattress dry.
Had a great experience! Walked in intending to just look, but had such great service that I bought right away! Thank you
We didn't have a very big budget and they helped us so much find an affordable mattress that was still really comfortable for my daughter but within our price range.
Second time we've purchased from Mattress Firm. Both times have been GREAT. I spent 46 years in sales and marketing and I can say Ethan was great-every professional. Thank you
Mattress was easy to prepare.
