My wife and I purchased a new mattress at the Downers Grove location about a week ago. There was a large variety of mattresses available on the sales floor. We dealt with the manager, Wally. He was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the mattress options. There was no high pressure sales approach which we appreciated. He made the purchase a pleasant process.
