Good morning Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful. Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted . Thank you for hiring Roger…. Also I wish no harm to the other sales person, but maybe additional training on how to teach customer. Thank you Enjoy your day
