We went to Mattress Firm because of the Memorial Day Sale. I was not disappointed! Our new mattress comes this week. The best part was our salesman, Darviet. He was knowledgeable, funny, and let us hop mattress to mattress asking questions. It was a great experience.

Mattress Firm has great options and it’s wonderful that they will match a future sale price for a few months. But what (who) truly impressed us was Cesar, who was covering from another store. He was incredible knowledgeable about the products and, while we were not planning to purchase a mattress that day, he sold us without what felt like no intention to “sell” to us. 5 star employee that the company is lucky to have!

This was the first time I was in the store. The service employee was just wonderful. I was not rushed, and he was very informative and made sure I had all my questions answered, and then he informed me of things I wasn't aware of, making me more informed and a better consumer. I would certainly refer someone to this store in particularly this customer service employee, Roger, without hesitation! Well done!
