Jerry was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my mattress-shopping experience. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find not only what I wanted, but most importantly, what I truly needed. I really appreciated his patience and excellent customer service!
My experience at this mattress firm location was wonderful. Mr. Jerry was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and patient giving me space to make the right buying decision all while my three-year-old ran around the sales floor! I came in close to closing time and the entire team was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!!
I had a great shopping experience at this location. Richard was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
Salesperson was eager for me to try out the mattresses first. I did and that really helped me to make up my mind. I love the mattress samples all stacked up so they could easily be pulled down. Great idea. Try before you buy always is best.
Great delivery was great and the team was quick informative and professional
