Just bought a new mattress from Mattress Firm and had a great experience. Mike was the person who helped my wife and me and he was excellent to work with. He had us try quite a few different beds so we could actually feel the differences instead of just guessing. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the whole process way easier than we expected. Great experience picking out our new mattress. Michael walked us through all the options and was very informative. He made sure we were comfortable on what we picked out and didn't just try to sell us the most expensive thing in the store just to make a sale. Michael got us a better deal on a better mattress than we found at any other store with a super quick delivery date. Great place and highly recommend talking to Michael when you go there!

I had to call the store to ensure my order was going to the proper address. TJ was the lucky person who answered the phone but it turned out to be my luck! He was patient and responsive to my concern, even calling me back when he found an answer! He was awesome and went beyond the call of duty and he sure beats the automated voice helper by miles!
