Bought our mattress from John and we had our minds set on one particular one until he upsold us. Sent us home with instructions to learn how to sleep on our backs. Bought a Dream Cloud mattress and tried it for 3 months and decided it wasn't the right mattress for my back. Mattress Firm exchanged for a new mattress and applied discounts that were being offered at the time of exchange, making my new mattress less expensive than the original. Excellent service after the sale.
Salesman was great, delivery team were great as well. Delivery truck leaked oil in the driveway.
I have to say our sales associate was very helpful. We just wanted to go in and look around, but after saying our problems with sleeping, he suggested the adjustable base-- and after he showed us how we felt on one-- I changed my mind into getting it!! He was very helpful and and not pushy. We ended up buying our mattress and base that day.
