We worked with Aaron tonight at Mattress Firm. We found Aaron to be personable and professional. He was very knowledgeable on ever brand we were interested in and he was a big influence on our purchase. We will be back for another purchase very soon and look forward to working with Aaron again.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Mattress Firm. When I purchased my mattress, I was told directly that I had “nothing to lose” and that there would be no restocking fee if I wasn’t happy with it. Based on that assurance, I decided to buy. Now that I don’t love the mattress, I’m being told I must pay a restocking fee and cover the cost of the so-called “free gifts” that came with my purchase—totaling about $550. Mike showed us let try several different mattresses from a variety of manufacturers and various price ranges. We felt no pressure to buy and buy now like some places. He gave us the best deal he when we made our choice. I would highly recommend mattress firm and Mike.
