Great service until it wasn't. Was quoted prices on two mattresses, we couldn't decide, the salesman told us to come back the next day he worked and we would have made a decision by then. Went back, they couldn't honor the quote anymore. We should have walked out same day with either mattress, instead the price went up $700. Salesman complained he wouldn't have made commission off the sale anyways and he already sold $10k of mattresses that day.
Brailyn has patience of a saint as he dealt with my 13yr old trying to find her “favorite”. Pleasure to work with has he was very helpful with his knowledge. Happy to say she found her favorite and the price was right! Purchasing was a breeze and checkout was simple & fast. Definitely recommend mattress firm!!
Nick was great to deal with. Not pushy trying to make a sale and was well knowledgeable on the aspects of the bed and all the features.
