Love my mattress I purchased a Tempur-Pedic bed from them about 30 days ago. I had an excellent experience with everything from the efficient salesperson, financing, and delivery the same day. I love the bed and regret waiting as long as I did to purchase it,that and the cost...but it is well worth it!!! I would highly recommend this store to family and friends.
Viper Run, don't walk to the nearest exit of Sleep Country USA in Sherwood, OR. Defective, and customer returned mattresses are sold as "New" and models of mattresses that are ordered are not the models that are delivered. There is absolutely no "customer service" and if you're dumb enough to spend big bucks for their junk, you'll be out the money that you shelled out to them and you'll be stuck with an inferior mattress. SCARY!!!
good service We went not really knowing what kind of mattress we wanted, and after finally deciding on one, the sales person took the time to look through the computer for any current or future sales programs, and found a mis-matched set for a much lower price. He had it shipped from Seattle, and we received it in a few days. We were very happy with our experience, and would definitely recommend this store.
Horrible Customer Service in Sherwood... We have tried this store twice and both times were completely unsatisfied with their customer service. It seemed that we were a bother to the salesperson (who never stood up from his chair) when we asked for help in choosing the best mattress for our situation and were told to just try different ones out. Sleep Country USA We bought 3 mattresses from Sleep Country and have been pleased with all of them. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they always have good prices. If they don't have what you need in stock, it doesn't take long for them to get it. I would recommend this store to everyone

He made us feel comfortable about lying on the beds and asking questions to help us know what we liked and disliked. Our sales associate helped us find the best deal for what we wanted. Sleep Country - horrible Do not buy from this company. All they care about is the sale. Once you have made purchase, you are stuck with item, once 90 day trial is over. Their customer service is horrible.
