The sales person I worked with at Mattress Firm was Brittany and she is excellent. She is extremely patient and knowledgeable about the products. I never felt she was trying to just make the sale —but genuinely wanted to make sure we got the right mattress.
Fairly pleasant purchasing process however, disappointed that a military discount was displayed but, not honored. Salesman stated that they often don't give a military discount during big sales events. Military discount should be given one hundred percent of the time (when displayed in store) not when they pick and choose.
