Crista was very helpful. We explained we didn't want to go in debt for a mattress , told her what the price range we were hoping for and she led us right to the perfect one . Thank you Crista , we appreciate you not trying to bully us into something we didn't want like some places would .
Twice now I've bought a mattress here and twice it's turned out to be a horrible bed. I bought a serta just a year and a half ago and it is all broken down, lumpy, I can feel the springs. Poor quality. Will never get a mattress here again.
Christa greeted me when I walked in, took time to show me several beds h she was very knowledgeable, polite, & patient with me, answering all my questions. Found the bed I liked, she handled the paperwork and my new TEMPUR-Ergo 3.0 Base & TEMPUR-LuxeBreeze Mattress will be delivered Monday. As a Disabled Veteran, I was treated with great respect 🫡.
