Randy!! We entered and were greeted by Randy. He asked and I replied we want a simple mattress no frills. Firm or medium we replied firm. He asked what pains we had, my wife replied. He convinced us to change by having my wife try both types. Then show us two mattresses in our price range. No pressure just great conversation. We purchased our new mattress and left smiling. More salespersons should be like Randy. Thank you Randy for a pleasant experience. 🙂

I wasn't told my Dream Cloud mattress comes rolled up like a roll of paper towels.The memory foam is raised in the center,but flat at the head and foot portion of the mattress.Im giving it 72 hours to see if the memory foam expands before I decide my next move.
