Great experience. James was very helpful and really kept in mind what I was looking for and my budget. Not pushy at all.
Not as many mattress selection as other mattress stores. Remember the sale person is just that, a sales person. Ours kept insisting on something other than we wanted. Try to swap out and it's a huge hassle. Oh and watch for sharp object, staples should not be that close to your head.
Awesome customer service
I really enjoyed my experience at Dalton Mattress Firm today. I was met by James as I walked in the door. He asked me several questions to help figure out the best mattress for me. Not only did he find me the perfect mattress but also the perfect pillow!! I would highly recommend talking to James if you’re in the market for a mattress.
