Experience has been good and employees that I have dealt with have been great. Shouldn't have to read the fine print though. Just expect the employees to be upfront when they are telling you that you have 4 months to try out the mattress and if it does not meet your satisfaction, you can exchange it for an upgrade. Fine print is they charge a $250 "restocking fee". Just tell people if the mattress doesn't work, it will cost $250 to get a different one. Circle that with a highlighter. Went in shopping for a new mattress. Planned on going to multiple mattress stores to shop for the right mattress. Elijah was our sales representative. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We ended up purchasing a new mattress from Elijah. Highly recommend this store and will tell my people about Elijah specifically.
