Love the people
Roland was very friendly and very helpful. He made the buying process stress free and he took his time and let me lay down on several mattresses before I made my decision on which one I wanted.
Wouldn't buy another mattress from them!! Brought one, didn't have in stock, said it will be two weeks. Called and delivered in three days. Wrong mattress, called and switch me thru several people, finally got the person that sold me the mattress and said I had to have proof, I had receipt but still nothing was done. Now have another issue but it's nothing they can do. Not a default in mattress, never had problem before.
Usman was great to work with. Made the whole process easy from purchase to pickup. I will return here for future purchases.
Came in last Saturday 45 minuets before they closed expecting not to find/buy a mattress, wow was I wrong. Joe came up to us and was very helpful and informative. I felt like he actually cared about helping us and meeting our needs. He wasn’t pushy or overwhelming and even stayed 30 mins after the store was scheduled to close to help finish our transaction. If you’re looking for a place to go In Culpeper for a mattress give this place a shot.
