Went in to buy a mattress yesterday. Was met by Caleb. Was not a pleasant experience. Was pushy and acted like we were putting him out by asking for a quote with pricing details. He refused to put anything in writing and said "just come see me when you are ready to buy a mattress". Salesman Calabe was extremely helpful in helping find an affordable mattress! From the moment we stepped in he stepped up. We told him what we were looking for and he provided. His affable disposition was a plus👍
What a refreshing customer service experience! Caleb immediately greeted us at the door and inquired about our budget, sleep preference, and our mattress history. We went with a Purple mattress (a brand I wouldn’t have considered without guidance). Thank you, Caleb, for all of your sleep ‘knowledge bombs,’ transparency, and sense of humor! Best mattress buying experience… and frankly, best product customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.
Everyone was friendly..kind and listened to our individual needs etc. I would recommend matress firm for your future bedding needs.we were pleased!
