Sam and the team at Creekside have been nothing but professional and accommodating since last weekend. Had some issues with my delivery and the team immediately called to help remedy the issue. Long story short, I’ll be sleeping on my new mattress by Thursday night. There were Mattress Firm locations closer to me but I’ll always make it out to Creekside for the top notch service they provided.
Sam was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He has great customer service skills, and actually, all the staff were very friendly and personable.
Salesperson (Kelly) was very knowledgeable and helpful and not high-pressure. She also was friendly and listened to our needs.
Sam was very helpful explaining the different mattress types and sales that applied to what I wanted.
