What a gem!! Both the store and Joe, the employee that helped me. Joe was great. My 92-year-old Aunt had to have her adjustable bed removed due to bedbugs. I didn't realize that the mechanism and bed were attached. It all had to go. I couldn't possibly put a 92-year-old woman on a mattress on the floor to sleep. Joe understood my problem and did an extraordinary job helping me out. Right now, he's my hero!!
We arrived and were greeted quickly. Pleasant, clean store. Explained what we needed. Associate showed us appropriate choices. We chose mattress and frame.
