Alexis was very helpful and kind when helping us get my mattress and bed frame. She even gave us sale discounts and took half the price off of the delivery fee. We had a great experience working with her.

Alexis was amazing to chat with at Mattress Firm in PF! She wasn’t pushy, just let me get a feel for mattresses until I found the right one. She was extremely knowledgeable of the mattress types and answered all of my questions! Happy to have purchased from this store! In addition; the delivery guys were awesome— Melquin Gonzalez & Jose! Super friendly and timely! They placed my items right where I requested.
