I bought a new Temperpedic from Mark. His customer service was excellent. When I needed a follow-up he treated me like a valued customer even though I was buying a small accessory. I needed an exchange because I had mistakenly selected the wrong firmness. It took a day for the new one to be on my bed. Mark is my mattress guy!

Great, person helping me, for got her, I am sorry, was helping to find the right mattress in my budget, was very knowledgeable very courteous and helpful. I would definetly buy from them again.
We just purchased the Sealy Posturepedic Elite Brenham 15". It seemed to have the support that we need. I won't know for sure until we try it for a while. The salesperson, Marc, was very helpful and patient. We jumped around quite a lot trying out mattresses. I will see how delivery and setup go. I plan to write another review after delivery and mattress use. The price was more than I expected but we didn't really gravitate to other mattresses like we did to this one.
