Nathan was very thorough and explained the differences between the brands of beds. He was very professional and made the experience of choosing a bed easy. I really appreciate that. Delivery of new mattress and removal of old mattress was quick and efficient. The 2 delivery men were pleasant. The only NEGATIVE was that they didn't put on any booties once they were in my house.
