Kandice was great! Was honest with me and gave me a great deal. I would highly recommend contacting her for all bedding needs.
I ordered a new mattress and base for my sleigh bed only to find out that the base would not fit even if I tore the bed apart. I called for the manager in Towson Mr Gary who extremely helpful professional and accomodating to help me resolve this issue. He did everything to help to return the base as I could not use it with the bed that I have. I want to thank him so much for helping me to resolve this problem. I appreciate him so much.
Nathan was very thorough and explained the differences between the brands of beds. He was very professional and made the experience of choosing a bed easy. I really appreciate that. Delivery of new mattress and removal of old mattress was quick and efficient. The 2 delivery men were pleasant. The only NEGATIVE was that they didn't put on any booties once they were in my house. I have had handyman and utility people work in my house before. They ALWAYS offer to wear booties or automatically put them on without being asked. Th... read more
