It had been years since I last bought a mattress. Bill Paton welcomed me to the store. He explained how the store was set up and let me look around. He was available to answer any questions. He was professional and knowledgeable. I bought a new mattress and box spring. I felt good about my purchase. It was a painless experience.
Kelly was very knowledgeable of the products and guided us through multiple options based on our criteria. She asked great questions to sssist us in making our choice.
