Melanie was great. She narrowed it down to two mattresses based on our needs. She was patient and told us to take our time trying the two mattresses which was a tough decision because both were great. When we made a decision she and the District Manager (sorry didn’t catch his name) worked with us on a good packaged deal. Highly recommend Mattress Firm Coastal Grand Mall and Melanie. Excellent experience at Mattress Firm. After shopping two days for a mattress I am so glad I stopped at Mattress Firm before making a decision. They had the better mattresses and the best deal. Don’t buy a mattress from a furniture store without checking out Mattress Firm Coastal Grand Mall. Melissa was excellent, knowledgeable and professional. No pressure and plenty to choose from.
