When I walked into the store I had an idea what I wanted in a mattress. I was met as I walked in by Mel who greeted me with a big smile. She listened as I went on and on what I wanted and it was then she knew all about the construction of the various types. She directed me to the store samples and I chose one that was delivered the next day by two great delivery men who certainly earned a two thumbs up from me and a solid 10. I would certainly recommend anyone to buy a product there
