Salesperson Melanie told us the delivery fee included set up and removal of the old bed. Not true! They will not dismantle the old bed or attach the new headboard. We had to pay the delivery drivers a larger tip so they would wait while we hastily disassembled the old bed. Melanie sold us an adjustable bed frame that is 4 -6 inches lower than an average adult height, it’s only 10 inches in height, maybe a five year olds height.
