Daisy was seriously the sweetest! She made the whole experience so easy and comfortable for us. Buying a mattress can honestly feel overwhelming, but she was so patient, personable, and really took her time helping us find the best fit. Daisy was absolutely so nice. She greeted me in less Then 2 minutes of me walking in & That was the fastest transaction of buying a bed I ever experienced. I literally picked out a bed in 10 minutes. She was very informative of everything and I will recommend her to anyone I know purchasing a new bed. Thank you so much Daisy and Mattress Firm. Can’t wait to sleep in my new bed
Not even 10 minutes I new what mattress I wanted but the sale rep made it more interesting to start the process with wheel and deal that made me feel like I already going to sleep better. Great friendly and sweet women I'm glad I chose mattress firm in that location.
Upon entering the Co op City Mattress Firm location, I was greeted warmly by all 3 Associates. There were 2 males and 1 female present. The female, Bina, questioned me as to what my sleep style was, informed me of the current store sales, and proceeded to show me around the showroom. Bina encouraged me to try out various mattresses that she, in her experience, would offer me the best sleep. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions very patiently.
