Victor was amazing! Patient, knowledgable, and understanding. We needed a mattress for a loved one and had specific requirements. He took the time to show us around, let us try and compare things, and even brought up the X-ray to show us on the tablet how the insides were different. He helped turn a stressful event into an enjoyable experience where we left feeling happy and accomplished. This was our second purchase at this store. We feel like we receive white glove service and will definitely continue to shop here.
