La tienda bonita y todo, pero el mattress q compre la semana pasada en clearamce parece ser usado y no lo dijeron, trato de comunicarme con ellos para que me expliquen, ya que clearamce quieren vender algo usado sin decirlo y no dar garantía y no me parece algo justo , ya que dijeron que era Open box pero en el recibo aparece como no nuevo (usado, me siento engañado y el cobro por restocking es un robo porque dicen que mi colchón ya no lo pueden poner a la venta, claro 🤤 pero te quieren vender algo usado por Open box...
