It was a great experience, We went in looking for a queen-size mattress, and ended up buying a king-size mattress, a king-size ajdustable base and two memory foam pillows. We got a GREAT deal. They had quality products and amaizing prices. However (to be honest) the customer service was EXCELENT!! The best we have ever received!!! Isaac was incredibly kind, patient and helpful; He was always willing to assist us, answering all our questions with a pleasant and gentle demeanor. He was truly amaizing. Thank you so much Isaac!!
We went in to see what they had and Ralphy was there to greet us. He was friendly and very helpful and allowed us to take our time to check out all the mattresses. We found one we liked, but we wanted to check other places before we committed. After visiting the other places, we realized they did not have half the stuff we saw there. We went back shortly after talked to Ralphy and purchased that same day. Very pleasant experience and can’t wait to lay on my new mattress. Thanks Joe
