Props to Austin for his professionalism and customer service approach. I came in to purchase a frame I saw online and he helped me save some money. Unfortunately, I had to return the frame because the spacing wasn't compatible for my mattress warranty. I did not remove the frame from the packaging. Austin made it easy do the return without the hassle some other places would. Will keep them in mind when I get an adjustable base and I furnish a guest room. I’ve been sleeping on an absolute POS mattress for several years now. It came rolled up and vacuumed sealed in a box, and never completely expanded, leaving the top and bottom edges of the mattress drooping downward. Several months ago, I severely injured my back and I’ve woken up in extreme pain every morning since. I had no option but to purchase a new mattress.
