I just called the helpdesk and there’s a problem with my order. I talked to Alexis and she was so wonderful. Explain why and what was going on suggested another mattress and I said yes I’ll take it and the order was able to be delivered within 1 to 2 days, then I went and asked for her supervisor. Let her know what a great job she did thank you and keep up the good work you too.
Roger the sales person was very helpful, and knowledgeable when it came to mattress selection. He walked us through and helped us pick a mattress.
