This is my first time purchasing with Mattress Firm. I went to the store in Bolingbrook and worked with Ashley. Her customer service and personality was absolutely phenomenal. She made the buying process so easy. She was extremely kind and informative. I was advised, with the mattress I was purchasing, that it will take 7 to 10 business days. To my absolute surprise, it arrives in 48 hours which I was extremely happy about. I will be going to them again for my daughter’s mattress. Their Clearance deals are unbelievable.
The representative that worked with us was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Ashley was great
Had the most pleasant experience at Mattress Firm today. Angel was very friendly and helpful and assisted me with purchasing a mattress that suits my needs. My Sealy mattress was on sale and came with a free adjustable base! Also, the flexible payment options are amazing as well. Was happy to know they accept Affirm!
