Travis is the nicest person. He was calm, welcoming but listened to me when I said I was autistic and needed time to process and space. He let me look around without pressure a couple days ago and after a bad experience with a rep at a different store, I came back and he was wonderful. He even got me talking and laughing… and helped me make a purchase I think I’ll be happy with long term. He was straightforward AND kind- a hard combo to find in sales. Major kudos.
