The sales person, Brandon was great to deal with.
Mattress was set to be delivered 8/21 from 5pm-7pm. I received a text at 4:30 saying they were running 2-3 hours behind. I waited until 1am, as my delivery ETA stated 12:45-1:15am. MY BED NEVER SHOWED. I slept on the floor of my apartment with nothing because these people no called no showed! This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had purchasing anything. I spent $9k, and this is what you do to customers??
Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful leading us to the best mattress to suit our needs within our budget. No pressure sales tactics at all. I will return for all my future bedding purchases.
Joe was most professional, well informed mattress person I have ever met. Clearly loves what he does and was incredibly helpful!
