Brandon and Joe have gone above and beyond to help me get replacement of my adjustable base just as the warranty was ending. They worked to get the old one hauled away and the new one installed—both of which the original company wanted me to pay for even though it was under warranty. They made many phone calls to make it all happen for and I am extremely grateful.
Marko and Joe were a big help! I appreciated that they gave me space to look around and feel what was best for me. They really prioritized what’s best for their customers and I like that, great job guys! Thank you again for your help! :)
