We went to mattress firm on a whim, and that’s where we met Joe. He was the man. He let us try all the things, he answered all our questions, and just put up with all my randomness. Totally recommend Joe at the South County Outlet. Update: the only complaint I have is that when we directly asked if the credit check with the financing option was a soft check or a hard check, we were confidently told it was a soft check. Brandon and Joe were phenomenal! They understood our needs and found us everything we needed quickly knowing we were in a bit of a rush. They educated us while being so friendly throughout the process. We even spent less than we expected and came away with everything we needed and more. Truly a great experience, and we will absolutely be returning soon!
