"I had a great, zero-pressure experience working with Harrison at Mattress Firm in San Marcos. I tried four different mattresses first, but they all felt like they sunk in too much. Harrison was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process, letting me take my time without being pushy. He finally had me try the Purple queen mattress last, and it was the perfect fit. Highly recommend asking for him!"
Cody and Harrison was very helpful. Great service
Harrison has outstanding customer service skills, he explained the process to us and went over the different beds and comfort levels , he made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
The salesperson, AJ, was knowledgeable, patient and friendly without being pushy. Would definitely recommend your store and AJ to help.
