I just want to thank Jaddin and everyone at mattress firm for a great customer experience and help purchasing a new mattress.
I should cancel my $10,000 plus purchase due to the deliveries not being made on two different scheduled delivery dates. Why isn’t my Tempur-pedic luxe breeze hybrid mattress, pillows and an ergo smart base not being delivered? Edit… Mattress Firm uses a third party vendor to deliver their products. A new third party vendor with a system that can track and communicate with the drivers is needed.
