Wade is very understanding sales person at the store!! But, their mattresses suck!!! Bottom line!!!
Vince and Wade were perfectly helpful and pinpointed what my wife and I needed in a hybrid mattress. I was a very good customer with mattress firm in the past. Now, I needed to go to an outlet because of circumstances. They sold me a used, DEFECTED mattress that has a bump in the middle and sags on each side!! My back, neck, and shoulders are in pain from this mattress!!! I laid on it in the store, but I did not sleep on it until it was in my home. I tried giving it a chance, its impossible to sleep on this mattress!! I wanted to exchange for a new mattress.
