We were sent to Clearance Center to pick up a same day purchase, only to find there had been an oversold situation. We initially requested a full refund and would go elsewhere. Janelle did a great job informing us of the safety and sanitary processes for restocking Clearance Mattresses . She identified an excellent upgrade product we could leave with from her site. Sales people were very nice. My experience, however, was not. Sales person wrote up a ticket for a mattress. I paid for it then was told to go to the warehouse off of I10 to pick it up. When I arrived it took almost 15 minutes for the workers to open the rollup door. Then they proceeded to tell me I couldn't pick it up till August 24th because that's what the paperwork said. They had the mattress in stock. They told me the sales person was working on correcting the paperwork and to go back to the store to get new paperwork. ... read more
