We bought two mattresses from Jim today. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Not at all pushy, listened to everything we said. Buying a mattress on a Saturday and getting it delivered on Monday is very professional.
The sales team at the Millsboro Store are awesome to work with. However, the coordination of delivery leaves a lot to be desired. We purchased a new mattress that was supposed to be delivered today, July 8. My brother actually purchased a mattress the same day as us. Great service! Randy was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to help deciding on a new mattress. He gave my husband and I enough space but was readily available while we tested all the mattresses. He even found us a heavily discounted Tempur-Pedic and it was delivered within a few days. I would recommend going there and buying from Randy. Thank you!
