We purchased a new mattress and frame today and had a great experience. Natasha and Mark were knowledgable and extremely helpful. We’ll definitely shop there again if we need another mattress for our home.
I had a very good experience and my salesman, Mark was excellent. He took great care of me and answered all my questions.
The salesman Mark was 5-stars. The overall experience was 1-star. Yes, that is the delivery truck pulling across our front lawn. You’d think after spending almost $9k they would at least make us whole - NOPE. Red tape, runaround, excuse after excuse. The crazy part is we literally discussed coming back next month for the 2nd large purchase. That ship has sailed - we’ll take our 9-grand to someone who actually cares about customer service. You can’t fix stupid.
We were greeted warmly by Natasha. She asked what our mattress preferences were- firm, medium, soft, along with our sleeping positions, and other questions to help determine the best mattress for us. There was no rush in choosing one, as Natasha & the manager Mark let us try the many mattresses there. They were very knowledgeable on all the mattresses. They understood our budget, and did everything they could, to help us with that. It was a great experience! I highly recommend them!
Peter, our sales expert was the best, explained the different types of mattresses and their pros and cons, saved us money and we were satisfied. We enjoy dealing with a pro. Thanks.
