We had an excellent, 5-star experience at Mattress Firm on Rohrerstown Road. We came in on a Saturday and Alex was knowledgeable, helpful, & skilled at helping us find the perfect mattress. We came back the following Tuesday after making a decision to purchase & it was late in the evening close to the time they close. Alex was kind enough to stay past scheduled hours and helped us order the one we wanted. A sincere thank you to Alex at Mattress Firm for making our mattress buying experience such a positive one!
