Beware Bait and switch!!! The salesman talks about all the different things that are given with the purchase and shows you all the features on the adj platform then shows you all the great features and mattresses to find out when actually buying the items that none of the exciting features are available with the product you have to upgrade. They tell you that you will get a call about delivery the night before but that doesn’t happen either. Never Never again.
I went to multiple mattress stores in Lancaster looking for a new bed. This was absolutely the best. Rick (highly recommend asking for him, he was great - super knowledgeable and not at all pushy) first spent time listening to me about what I was looking for, then asked additional questions before even showing me anything. Then, when I mentioned my price point, he not only made sure to meet all expectations but actually found the perfect mattress UNDER what I wanted to spend.
