I entered the store and at the door I said "do you carry goose down pillows..not synthetic but actual down feathers? " Reply received "yes we do,..but they are very expensive." My reply "yes, I am aware." Then rep looked them up and said $229. I replied "I will take two". Take away: If a customer walks in and asks for something very specific, most likely they know the cost. Choice of words matter. I came into the store specifically to buy those pillows, so I still bought them... But it was a little put-offish. J/s
