The sleep expert named Jay at this location was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful. We ended up buying a mattress when our original intention was just to visit and take a look! We were very pleased with the service provided to us and looking forward to our new comfy bed!
I bought my Sterns and Foster mattress from Mattress Firm 3 months ago and got a good deal but I recently found that the mattress went on sale and was now $300 less. I went in and got my refund for the difference with no hassle as it should be. Charmain was great to work with.
