You're representative at the store was great. However when I went to pickup my mattress and box springs it was horrible. I pulled up to the dock door that I thought I was supposed to. A employee on side told me to come around to the other side of the warehouse. Then after going where I was sent another employee said I can't hear you after not being able to get in and calling through the dock doors.
