The girl who was working was nice and made the transaction quick and effortless. I think her name was Megan, but I don’t remember. Either way, it was a great experience. You should pay me for this review. I’ll take human money. Also, I asked her if she was a federal agent and she said no, which I still think was a lie. And you HAVE to tell me if you’re a federal agent. STATE LAW.
Had a great experience at this Mattress Firm! Chatted with a lovely man by the name of Michael who helped me reserve and then pick up my mattress. He was so understanding when I got there right before closing and still helped me so quickly and efficiently. From one customer service rep to another, 12/10! I would highly recommend if you are in need of a personalized experience for your new mattress investment.
Finding a mattress store on a Sunday can be a challenge as I quickly learned after trying a few places that were either closed or didn’t open til noon.
