It was a very happy experience at Mattress Firm. You are treated as a special customer. Daniel, the young man who showed us the mattresses was very thorough, showing us each item and encouraging us to take as much time as we needed to make up our minds to decide which mattress was the best. Daniel was very patient and courteous and did not quit until he was satisfied he had two happy, satisfied customers.
We purchased a Sealy mattress in December 2024. By June 2025 — less than six months later — the mattress completely failed. The side coils collapsed and bulged four inches beyond the edge support, making the bed unusable and extremely uncomfortable. When we filed a warranty claim, Sealy denied it. Their representative claimed the issue was due to an “improper foundation.” The problem? Definitely would recommend coming here for a new mattress. The sales associate, Eugene was very helpful in explaining the unique benefits for the different styles of mattresses and was patient to explain and give live demonstrations that made you feel confident in your purchase. Plus they offered great deals.
