Purchased a mattress from Michael A Norcross store. We laid on the medium mattress on the floor and selected it. Somehow we ended up inadvertently getting the firm. My error for not reviewing the receipt and just trusting. Pickup day-It was wrapped in plastic. I asked,”is everything good w this mattress”? Michael said yes.
