Shaun was very friendly & over the top helpful. I was having so much trouble submitting a warranty claim on the web site, which I found not to be friendly for a senior with limited computer skills, I went back into the store in Fredericksburg & Shaun did it for me & I had my settlement in 2 days. You just don’t find customer service like that now days! Plus our new mattress will be delivered in 2 days. Thanks Shaun for all your help it is greatly appreciated!!!!
