Great experience, especially as the circumstances I was in were less than ideal. I was having to shop for my mother who was being sent to Memory Care the next day, and I was on a deadline.
Salesman was not pushy. He was very informative.
The gentlemen working there were great. Personable, honest, not pushy, and weren’t trying to make a buck off me. They seemed like good people. I know one gentleman was named Moe, and apologies that I didn’t catch his partner’s name. Thank you both very much.
Tim had the best customer service and made our experience informational and comfortable! Everyone should take notes on how to do customer service from Tim! We can’t wait to receive our mattress and pillows!
