Carol did an amazing job at helping us find the right mattress and negotiating the right price for us.
Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the Mattress Firm brand to any shopper. I’ve been trying to find the right fit with this location for two years. Zach the manager unfortunately would not budge on a return for me which was quite disappointing for a loyal customer in need.
