Wouldn't it be nice if the commercials were the worst part about them? They gave me $200 credit for a warranty claim. I picked out the strongest "looking" semi-flex that they had and paid an extra $57.99. I found the same box spring for $75 at the same place that matches my law tag. They sent the wrong wood structure two times not as advertised (144144P). When they delivered the second time, I knew it was still the wrong one, but I had about 12 stitches in me after surgery. I had a very good experience at Mattress Firm. My salesperson was Zeb Klocker who took a lot of time with me and helped me select the perfect mattress for myself, at least I think it is. I got a very good offer from him to buy the floor sample and I decided to accept it. It looked like it was in perfect condition so I bought it. The mattress was just delivered this morning and I immediately took a little nap on it.
