Duane was knowledgeable and very helpful… I found the perfect “guest bedroom” mattress, great quality for the price and a basic frame until the furniture arrives from the move… It was a Sunday and delivery was scheduled for Wednesday before flying home… The delivery notice worked and the delivery was at the beginning of the 2 hour window… The delivery time was also great… All in all, a terrific experience…
Michael was great. He made buying a new mattress easy & simple. Asked us a few questions, narrowed down the options and purchased a Beautyrest. Delivered yesterday. Slept wonderfully. We’ve purchased from Mattress Firm before and will continue to purchase from them.
