Robert was awesome. He asked us what we wanted in a mattress and explained each and every one we tested out. We really like the mattress we purchased and we really appreciated Robert’s assistance. Thanks Robert.
Robert was a total jerk. Made a purchase of a bed frame, attempted to return unopened the following day. Robert spent 40 minutes trying to find a comparable frame to no avail. Asked for a refund, at which point, Robert claimed he doesn't usually do refunds and if he wanted, could send me to the warehouse to do the return. Side note, the store nor the receipt has any posting claiming a no refund policy.
