I had a great experience with Mattress Firm. Jay was my sleep expert and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He was not a pushy salesman and I went back several times before I had quite made up my mind and he was there to help me every time. He answered all my questions every time I went even if they were some I had already asked. Thank you for a good and professional experience.
Sales rep was very helpful and not at all pushy which really helped the experience and made us feel comfortable shopping and comparing all the mattresses.
