Genuinely one of the best customer experiences I've had in a while (perhaps ever). Brian was incredible! He was really knowledgeable and answered every question we had - he helped us pick a mattress and a bed and set up our delivery really easily. We walked in quite stressed and overwhelmed (and tired) and came out pretty darn happy!!! :D
