DL and Luis were very polite and courteous and made it easy buying a mattress today. Assisting with all the concerns I needed and even assisted me since I am not tech savy
Was helped by Brian, was very helpful informative showed different mattress. Would definitely come back.
I found just the kind of mattress that I wanted at Mattress Firm in Chicopee. They have a good selection but it’s not overwhelming like some stores are. Brian was the Sleep Expert on duty when I went and he helped me choose the right product without exerting any sales pressure. For me, shopping for a mattress is usually a chore but it was actually kind of fun shopping there. The 0% financing was an added bonus.
Great service.
