We had a great experience shopping at Mattress Firm Chico II. The sales person, Gabriel, was extremely helpful in picking out just the right mattress for my mom who had just been released from the hospital. The delivery was speedy and seamless. My mom is very happy with the adjustable base and mattress, and is sleeping much more comfortably now. I would highly recommended Mattress Firm to anyone.

Excellent customer service! Kristen was very helpful, informative and we didn't feel pressured or rushed on anything. We will definitely come back for our next mattress!
