I was looking for a mattress for a guest room and my intentions walking into the Loop Location was to just look at mattresses and order at a later date. I walked in and Tony helped me find a certain mattress. Tony was Incredibly helpful, friendly and even took the time to locate another box spring and even got a Delivery date that I had hoped for. I definitely recommend this Chicago Loop Store!!
Yvonne Williams & Anthony Ocasio (Store Manager) were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to us. We went in with very little knowledge on the various mattress brands and they spent several hours going through the differences, our preferences and their recommendations. They truly made the experience easy and I left with a purchase that I felt was a great price and overall the best fit for my needs. I would highly recommend this location and either of them to help!
My friend and I have been in here twice now and both times we were fortunate enough to work with Kevin. I hate going to mattress stores or really any store where they have a sales person working with you, because they usually put a ton of pressure on you to buy the most expensive thing there. Not Kevin.
