Kim was excellent. She thoroughly explained all features of the firm mattresses that I was interested in. She even provided us with a manager saving incentive on top of the great BF deal that we got. It was an enjoyable retail experience. Five stars for a great customer service!

We loved our experience with Kimberly ( Kim) at the Chamblee store. Usually sales people can be irritating and over salesy. Kim was knowledgeable, but not pushy. She knew her stuff. She gave space for us to wander about the show room, even engaging in some of our ridiculous banter. It is weird and kind of a vulnerable experience laying on beds in a showroom with a woman you never met watching all of this. LOL! She was a delight and made the experience fun. Go see her!!! She’ll be a great bed guide! Thx Kim!!
