Very pleasant visit. Kimberly was knowledgeable, encouraged me to tell what I was thinking about the beds she suggested I try, and what my dream bed was like. There was no pressure from anyone to pick the more expensive bed. The store was bright, clean. Everyone was helpful and polite. I found a mattress I liked, and felt good to me, and was easily able to arrange removal of the old mattress, and delivery of the new one.
My agent Evan was very welcoming and friendly. Since it was my first time purchasing a mattress, I had many questions, and he kindly answered every one of them. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
An excellent purchasing experience. Thank you for hiring such a personable sales representative. Evan was quite knowledgeable about the features of type of mattress I required for a lady of my age. I feel certain I will be pleased with my purchase.
After letting it expand it still was short about 2 inches. My daughter likes the feel of it and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it. The sales rep was nice but I won’t be purchasing from them again.
