I was greeted and waited on immediately. The showroom was clean and well staffed.The salesman understood what I was looking for and showed me rhe selection of products. He even arranged for me to try a few to judge the softness. He rang up the sale and confirmed delivery with me. It was a very pleasant shopping experience and I felt I had purchased a quality mattress with no hassle or upselling
