The associate did not great or acknowledge us. I determined what I wanted and approached associate asking could she assist me. YES I knew what I was looking forward however acknowledgment goes a long way.
Great service and informative. Kayla was friendly and answered all of our questions.
Bought a mattress and foundation here today. Already knew what we wanted when we arrived. Mattress has to be ordered. Supposed to be delivered in a week and a half. All paperwork and sales went smoothly. No pressure to upgrade or add extra accessories. Will add comments after delivery. So far, so good. Thanks for all the help, Kayla
