Joe always offers excellent customer service, and is a product expert on all the brands mattress firm has to offer, he tells you about deals and specials going on, and is very pleasant to deal with, he makes purchasing your new mattress easy, this is the second time I was helped by Joe, he was also great the first time! I would send my family and friends to see him.
Wanted to just check out what types of beds were available and weren't necessarily planning to buy. Julie greeted us as soon as we walked in, listened to what our needs were and showed us myriad beds that met our needs and budget. She was patient, attentive and a genuine pleasure to work with. When all was said and done, we had a new mattress on delivery and have been very happy with the entire experience, including the smooth and seamless delivery!
Great merchandise and knowledgeable sales people especially Steve Panagiotidis. Besides being a wiz on mattresses, he is very pleasant.
Brendan was professional, honest, and helped us with narrowing the decisions down. He wrote up what different options would look like financially and was a great help.
