Horrible horrible horrible!! I purchased 2 purple mattresses from here and the manufacture says mattress firm would be responsible for the replacement since I got it from mattress firm store. It's supposed to have a10 year warranty. I did everything that was asked and they see a huge dent on my purple mattress but they don't want to cover it.
