We had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm of Carle Place! Our sleep expert Julie was so kind and patient with us while shopping. We started off very overwhelmed, but by the end of the visit we had found our perfect mattress thanks to Julie. Julie was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and we’re so thankful to her! Next time we need a mattress we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this location and we will certainly ask for Julie!!
Julie was really nice and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all the details about our mattress and made sure we understood everything. Even when we decided to switch the mattress, she made the process easy and not stressful at all. The whole experience was smooth thanks to her, and I really appreciate her help.
